Stitches:
Chain (Ch) – Yarn over. Pull through loop.
Slip Stitch (SS) – Insert hook into stitch. Yarn over. Pull through stitch and loop.
Single Crochet (Sc) – Insert hook into stitch. Yarn over. Draw up loop. Yarn over. Pull through 2 loops.
Half Double Crochet (Hdc) – Yarn over. Insert hook into stitch. Yarn over. Draw up loop. Yarn over. Pull through 3 loops.
Double Crochet (Dc) – Yarn over. Insert hook into stitch. Yarn over. Draw up loop. Yarn over. Pull through 2 loops. Yarn over. Pull through 2 loops.
Special Stitches:
Front Post Treble (FPTR) -Yarn 2 times over. Insert hook around the front to back and around stitch. Yarn over pull through stitch. Yarn over pull through two. Yarn over. Pull through two. Yarn over. Pull through the last two loops on hook.
Instructions:
Chain 21 (25, 29)
Row 1: Make a Dc in fourth chain from the hook. Dc across.
Row 2: Ch 1. Sc across.
Row 3: Ch 3. *FPTR around the first Dc from previous Dc round. Dc in the next single crochet.* Repeat from * to * to the end.
Row 4: Repeat Row 2
Row 5: Ch 3. *Dc in the next stitch. FPTR around the next Dc from previous Dc round.* Repeat from * to * making your last FPTR around the Chain 3. from previous Dc round.
Repeat rows 2-5 2(3, 4) more times.
Make a Hdc border all the way around.
