SS: Slip stitch- Insert hook into stitch. Yarn over and pull through both the stitch and loop on the hook.
SC: Single crochet- Insert hook into stitch. Yarn over pull through stitch. Yarn over pull through two loops.
HDC: Half double crochet- Yarn over. Insert hook into stitch. Yarn over pull through stitch. Yarn over pull through three stitches.
Special Stitches:
Quadruple treble – Yarn over 4 times. Insert hook into stitch. Draw up loop. *Yarn over. Draw through 2 loops.* Repeat from * to * until 1 loop remains.
